About the Max Foundation – The Foundation focuses on including communities in healthcare awareness programmes, providing quality healthcare to economically weaker sections, fostering societal well-being, and equipping its people and partners to help realize aspirations responsibly. The Foundation seeks to bring focus to community welfare in education, skill training, water recharge & rejuvenation, and health awareness.
About the scholarship – The scholarship forms will be available to students from economically weaker sections in esteemed government colleges, including AIIMS Delhi, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Medical College, Maulana Azad Medical College, Lady Hardinge Medical College, Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Medical Sciences, Vardhaman Mahavir Medical College, University College of Medical Sciences and North Delhi Municipal Corporation Medical College.
The scholarship comprises four components: Re-imbursement of Tuition Fees, a Laptop, Books, medical tools and an allowance for monthly expenses. The laptop, books and medical tools will be made available to selected students in the 1st year of the Scholarship, with disbursements dependent on regular student performance assessments.
No of scholarships available – This scholarship will be awarded to 100 students.
Eligibility criteria – Economically weaker section students.
